By accessing or using NexusPi AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Services.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard.
Plan Changes: Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Free Trials: If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Services. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
NexusPi AI uses advanced artificial intelligence models to generate text, images, video, and other content. Output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and appropriately using any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated outputs.
You retain ownership of the content you input into the Services. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI-generated output for your personal or business purposes. We reserve all rights to our platform, software, trademarks, and underlying technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusPi AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexusPi AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
