Payment Information: When you subscribe to paid plans, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate personal data from your profile settings.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Privacy Center.
  • Right to restrict / object to processing — revoke specific consents (marketing, analytics, AI training) at any time.
  • Right to data portability — your exported archive is provided in machine-readable JSON format.
  • Right to withdraw consent — toggle off any optional consent from the Privacy Center; previously processed data remains lawful.
  • Right to lodge a complaint — contact your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.

All these rights can be exercised directly from the Privacy Center inside your NexusPi AI account, free of charge.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and security. Analytics cookies, if used, are limited to improving service performance and are not used for cross-site tracking.
